Here are our terms and conditions of sale.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, Any damages must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your delivery. Our products are not designed to be stored in their packaging. We always send via 24 hr courier to avoid them being in transit for too long. If items are stored for more than two days unopened we will not be held responsible for any damages that have occurred.
All items will be sent to the registered pay pal address. If this is incorrect and your items go to your old address, we will not be held responsible.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, no returns will be accepted if you change your mind. However in the case of damaged or faulty items, you will need to return them to us and a replacement will be sent (we may ask for photos of the damaged items and packaging, in order that we can claim compensation from the courier. In this case we would not ask for the items to be returned) . No refunds will be offered. Return postage will be at the customers expense.
All our items are hand made to order and therefor have a 5-6 week lead time from payment to delivery. So unless agreed otherwise. This is how long your item will take to get to you.
On occasion we may sell off sample stock, these items are usually greatly reduced and may have slight imperfections. These items will have no refund or return.
